50gr unt
1-2 lingurite de zahar pudra9depinde cit de dulci sint merele)
Merele curatite de coaja si simburi,se taie cubulete.
Se topeste untul si se pune zaharul,apoi merele.
Se da focul mai incet si se calesc 5-7min.
Se scot si se lasa la racit .
Sau cu mere cu stafide

:)Deci receta aluatului.
Aluatul este foarte popular la rusi si ii zice Aluatul Hrusciov icon_smile.gif
Larisa Isarova,bucatareasa lui, intr-un interviu zicea,ca copturile din acest aluat era pe locul intii la Nichita Hrusciov
(Nu l-am intrebat rolleyes.gif ) rolleyes.gif
Bucatareasa zicea ca se poate pastra la frigider 1luna (mi mi se pare ca s-ar acri,de congelatu nu stiu nika)

DECI:

2lingurite drojdie uscata(de proaspata nu scrie nika)
1/2lingurita sare
1pahar lapte(nu neaparat caldut se poate si rece)
200gr margarina moale
3.5 pahare faina

Drojdia se freaca cu sarea,apoi laptele, maragrina si faina.
Aluatul nu trebuie sa fie indesat si greu.Se framinta bine pina nu se mai lipeste de miini.
Se pune in bol si.......la frigider blink.gif peste 4 ore se poate coace,se poate lasa pe noapte.
Se fac pateuri de la carne pina la varza si gem de fructe,cornulete pizza,tarte si alte chestii care le vedeti pe pozele de mai jos....
Si o poza a aluatului....
